Extended service hours
Services included:
- Service hours, Mon.-Sat. from 8:00 am – 8:00 pm, excluding German federal holidays
Add-on option for TDT Service Agreement Basic
24/7 on-call service
Services included:
- The TDT Expert Support team is at your service 24 hours a day, every day of the week and during all German public holidays.
- Service 24/7
In the event of use during a period that is not covered by the service contract times, the hourly rate of TDT valid at that time will be billed as an additional charge.
Add-on option for TDT Service Agreement Basic
TLS/SSL Certificate
Services included:
- Creation and management of X.509 certificates (e.g. for VPN use)
- Own sub-CA mimimum purchase volume: 10 certificates
- Minimum purchase volume: 10 certificates
Note: The TDT root CA is a non-public CA, which means, among other things, that it is not possible to perform EV (Extended Validation) of the issued certificates.

TDT SmartConnect Public
Services included:
- Independent from the connection path (cellular, DSL, cable, fiber).
- One permanent, public IP address
- Direct access via the Internet
- Secure and traffic-friendly; only necessary applications are granted network access
- Separate server instance for each SmartConnect
- Free support during setup

TDT SmartConnect Private
Services included:
- Independent of connection type (cellular, DSL, cable, fiber)
- Direct connection via private IP addresses
- Secure: access via Internet only with dedicated VPN tunnel
- Separate server instance for each SmartConnect
- Free support during setup

Pre-exchange service
Services included:
- Pre-exchange of defective devices. If reported by 12.00 pm (Mon.-Fri.), shipping will take place on the same day (except on German public holidays at the company location Essenbach, Bavaria).
