   - Die IP-Routing-Protokolle OSPF 2, OSPF 3, RIP, IS-IS und BGP 4 wurden integriert. (quagga version 1.1.0)
   - Das dynamisches Routing-Protokoll GRE wurde integriert.
 * VRRP: 
   - Einfache und robuste Möglichkeiten für Loadbalancing und Hochverfügbarkeit integriert. (keepalived version 1.4.0)
 * PPP-Subsystem:
   - Im PPPoE-Subsystem (u.a. für die xDSL-Einwahl) werden neben keinem VLAN und VLAN7 nun auch zusätzlich die VLANs 10, 11, 101, 132, 2011, 2511 probiert.

   - Die Switchports sind nun über ein Webinterface-Modul separierbar.
