DCC ISDN BRI / PRI
ISDN Network Access based on ITU-T I.430/I.431
The functional group ISDN BRI4 (BRI = Basic Rate Interface) allows the connection of terminal equipment to an ISDN network.
The user has 4 ISDN S0 interfaces with a maximum of 8 B-Channels and 4 D-Channels at his diposal.
By using the possibility to bundle all 8 B-Channels a maximum data transfer rate of 512 kbit/s can be achieved.
Using the D-Channel it is possible to simultaneously transfer data via Datex-P ISDN Access (X.31).
Features
- Four independent S0 interfaces NT and TE
- D-Channel protocol: DSS1 (1TR6 optional)
- X.31 (X.25 via D-Channel or B-Channel)
- All channels for simultaneous use 4 D- and 8 B-Channels
- D64S, D64S2 (2 B-Channels)
- Channel bundling (all B-Channels over MLPPP)
- B-channel transmission protocol: HDLC, X.25, Frame Relay, T.70 NL, X.75, X.75 L2, PPP
- Transparent B-Channel switching e. g. the switching of speech-data to a PBX (private telephone exchange)
- Extensive statistical functions
- Network management
