Mobile 3G+ High Speed Internet Access for BOS Emergency Vehicles


The ELW Router C1500hw is a mobile communications platform especially for emergency vehicles. The router offers task forces a location independent high-speed internet connection. The dual SIM as well as intelligent backup management guarantees an extremely high reliability and thereby a nearly 100% availability, dependant on network availability.

The terminal units (e.g. PC, laptop) can be optionally connected via WLAN or Ethernet.

Especially for the transmission of video data, the router offers a special buffer management as well as an optionally available memory expansion. An FTP server enables the storage and retrieval of the data.

The 3G+ radio transmission is archived using a quad-band modem.The integrated GPS allows transmission of the exact physical location of the router.

The router can be locally and remotely configured and for this purpose it is provided with a Web interface including a user-friendly interface. In expert mode the router is configured via a command line interface, which can even be accessed and configured by SMS.

A comprehensive antenna set is included, enabling an immediate employment of the ELW Router.
